Now in my 38th year in Real Estate, there is not much that haven't dealt with when it comes to the experiences I have had serving my Clients. With our economy the way it is, really developing since the early 2000's, we all must continue to reinvent ourselves with the continual changes in the fabric of our existence.
Along with my passion for helping clients buy and sell real estate, my most recent personal reinvention has to do with helping people who owe more on their home than it is worth and now more than ever that very same seller has had his wages cut back or has lost his or her job and is wondering how to make the next mortgage payment.
Because of my extensive training and time spent in the banking industry, I am able to walk a Client through that process of checking on what is available in a loan modification to get the payment down. If that doesn’t work, I can help with eliminating the stigma of a foreclosure by negotiating a Short Sale on the Client's home as a last resort. This process will provide the shortest time frame to qualify for a home in the future.
Best of all my services are absolutely free to the Client. The Clients lender pays my fee! Whether you need to buy, sell or short sell, I have the knowledge to help you meet your expectations.
